​ESB Restaurant comprises of:
• Fitzwilliam Restaurant (252 persons)
With a minimum for 400 covers a day (2 sittings)
• Natures Way (73 persons)
  Nature’s Way is a very popular area for morning and afternoon trade.
• McLaughlin Restaurant  (52 persons)
  The McLaughlin Restaurant is open for lunch and specializes in executive corporate dining.​

This project involved the complete redesign, refurbishment and fit-out of corporate dining facilities within a Dublin City Centre headquarters. The facility provides seating for more than 375 diners, divided between three distinct restaurant areas each offering different dining menus and design themes.

BCG were appointed to manage all aspects of the project including architectural design, cost control and contract administration.The scheme has a total floor area of 880 sq.m, and work was completed within a phased programme of two six-week periods, allowing partial use of the facilities to continue throughout.

The Brief was to provide spacious, light-filled restaurant facilities in a modern, crisp design with a compact palette of colours. Features of the project include:

• Design of new furniture and fittings throughout.​

• Redesign of customer flow patterns and servery layouts to improve efficiency.
• Design of special servery units and flexible dividing elements to function rooms and themed coffee dock.
